■History: She was raised in a medium class family and when she grew up, her father beat her with no mercy constantly and though she cried, she became used to it. She later joined the peacekeepers when she was 18 and served several tours in the field of operations but she was severely wounded and dimissed. After that, she took to a life of politics and eventually rose to the rank of Mayor. Equipped with her disciplined style and manner from being beaten for years and from the military, she drove her district, under the control of the Capitol, without mercy until it became an agricultural powerhouse, as it is today
