Personality: David is very serious and very "by the book" in most situations. Some people wonder if he ever takes time off from being a soldier. He does not make friends easily, but if you can get past his tough exterior, he can be very loyal to those he finds worthy.
History:David is an orphan who was raised by the government. He was conditioned for fighting in the games, but was never chosen and others always volunteered before he could. Having passed the age range for the games, he was accepted into peacekeeper training. He is still a low ranking member, but has already gained the notice of his superiors for his excellent long range sharpshooting skills.
