I want to be put in district 3 please or district 2. I am Hallmark Waters and I have trained for the Hunger Games my whole life. Im 5'6 and 16 years old. I have blonde short hair kinda like a sufer. I have freckles and green eyes. My parents were both victors of hunger games. I am good with throwing knifes too. I can make a weapon out of anything. I would love to be a tribute. I am nice and sweet but in the face of danger i am mean and ready to kill if needed.
