History: When Katelynn's parents (Cadewyn Huxley, deceased; Oscar Huxley, deceased) were killed when she was only ten, a kind family of miners took her in, yet nightmares took her every night. She faded into the background at school, yet when she was twelve she almost drowned in a river and saved herself by hauling herself to the bank, which gave her a boost of wanted attention. She went to summer camp when she was twelve and realised she was incredibly physically strong and had a talent for knife throwing. Her younger brother Tylor fell ill and, having no knowledge of healing, she couldn't save him from passing away. Katelynn really wants to be elected for the Hunger Games so she can show her strength.
Personality: Katelynn is strong on the outside, sensitive on the inside. Sometimes her heart is gold, sometimes stone. She posseses a sharp tounge and a sharp mind, and knows what she wants when she wants. She's also a very handy shoulder to cry on, and attracts a lot of attention from the boys, but she shakes this off as she does not want a boyfriend just yet, yet Acelin Mannings has caught her eye before. She's packed to the brim with courage and will save anyone or anything she can. She's also a musical side - a gorgeous singing voice - and a brilliant artist.
