Person's father, Guy, worked in District 3. His mother got electrecuted, and died, when he was four. He grew up solitary and quiet, always committed to his work. He was a prodigy, a genuis, but because he didn't talk, Guy thought he was stupid and refused to even talk to him.

Person is 5'10" and weighs roughly 115 pounds. He is seventeen years old. He is a bit tall and lanky, and has little to no strength. His eyes are green and his hair is straight, shaggy and black. He is fairly good looking.
